By using any Govaio service, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
This AUP is designed to:
Protect Govaio infrastructure
Ensure service stability and security
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Protect customers and third parties from harm, abuse, and illegal activity
You agree to use Govaio Services:
Only for lawful purposes
In compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws
In a manner that does not disrupt, damage, or interfere with our systems or other users
Any activity that violates laws, regulations, or this AUP is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Govaio Services:
Hosting or distributing illegal content
Promoting criminal activity
Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
Money laundering or financial fraud
Terrorism-related content or activities
Unauthorized access to systems or networks
Attempting to bypass security measures
Port scanning, brute-force attacks, or vulnerability exploitation
Hosting malware, viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, or ransomware
Phishing or identity theft activities
Sending bulk unsolicited email (spam)
Email spoofing or forged headers
Operating open mail relays
SMS spam or messaging abuse
⚠️ Any spam complaint may result in immediate suspension without notice.
Hosting pirated software, movies, music, or books
Copyright infringement or distribution of unauthorized content
DMCA violations or repeat infringement
Unless explicitly permitted in writing:
Pornographic or sexually explicit material
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance
Bestiality or exploitative content
Obscene or offensive material
Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or bandwidth usage
Cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly allowed)
Running background processes that degrade server performance
Shared hosting abuse affecting other customers
DDoS attacks or traffic flooding
Running botnets or command-and-control servers
Proxy abuse or anonymization services
IP reputation abuse or blacklisting
Allowing sub-users or clients to violate this AUP
Failure to control abuse within reseller accounts
Resellers are fully responsible for actions of their customers.
4.1 Email services must comply with:
CAN-SPAM Act
Local anti-spam regulations
Industry best practices
4.2 Sending unsolicited bulk emails is prohibited.
4.3 Blacklisting caused by customer activity may result in permanent termination.
You are responsible for:
Securing applications, scripts, and CMS installations
Keeping software updated
Using strong passwords
Preventing unauthorized access
Govaio is not responsible for breaches caused by weak security practices.
6.1 Govaio reserves the right to:
Monitor network traffic
Investigate abuse complaints
Suspend or terminate services
6.2 Enforcement actions may include:
Warning notices
Temporary suspension
Permanent termination
Data deletion
Reporting to authorities (if required)
In severe cases (spam, malware, illegal activity), Govaio may:
Suspend services immediately
Disable access without prior notice
Preserve data for legal investigations
You agree to:
Respond promptly to abuse reports
Take corrective action when notified
Cooperate with investigations
Failure to cooperate may result in termination.
Govaio is not liable for:
Losses caused by suspension or termination
Data loss due to abuse enforcement
Damages resulting from AUP violations
Govaio may update this AUP at any time.
Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
