By purchasing or renewing any service, you agree to this Payment Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Govaio accepts payments through approved payment gateways and methods, which may include:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

  • Wallets

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

  • Other methods as displayed during checkout

Govaio reserves the right to add, remove, or restrict payment methods at any time.

2. CURRENCY & PRICING

2.1 All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at checkout.

2.2 Prices may vary based on:

  • Location

  • Currency conversion rates

  • Taxes

  • Payment gateway charges

2.3 Govaio is not responsible for:

  • Currency conversion fees

  • Bank processing charges

  • International transaction fees

3. TAXES & STATUTORY CHARGES

3.1 Applicable taxes (including GST, VAT, or other statutory levies) are charged as required by law.

3.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate tax information.

3.3 Tax invoices are issued based on information provided during checkout.

Incorrect tax details may result in invalid invoices.

4. BILLING CYCLE & INVOICING

4.1 Services are billed on:

  • Semi-annual

  • Annual

  • One-time basis

4.2 Invoices are generated:

  • At service activation

  • Before renewal

  • For upgrades or add-ons

4.3 Customers are responsible for monitoring invoices via the client area.

5. ADVANCE PAYMENTS

5.1 All services are prepaid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2 Services will not be activated until full payment is received.

5.3 Partial payments are not accepted unless explicitly allowed.

6. AUTO-RENEWAL & RECURRING PAYMENTS

6.1 Certain services renew automatically by default.

6.2 Customers are responsible for:

  • Managing auto-renewal settings

  • Maintaining valid payment methods

6.3 Failure to cancel before renewal results in full charge.

7. FAILED PAYMENTS & NON-PAYMENT

7.1 Failed or declined payments may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Late fees

  • Account restrictions

7.2 Govaio is not responsible for:

  • Bank declines

  • Insufficient balance

  • Payment gateway issues

7.3 Services may be terminated if payment remains unpaid beyond the grace period.

8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

8.1 Chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting support first are considered payment abuse.

8.2 Chargeback abuse may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Termination of all services

  • Blacklisting of customer account

8.3 Customers are responsible for all chargeback fees incurred by Govaio.

9. REFUNDS & CREDITS

9.1 Refunds are governed strictly by the Refund Policy.

9.2 Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method.

9.3 Service credits:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Have no cash value

  • Cannot be withdrawn

10. PROMOTIONS, COUPONS & DISCOUNTS

10.1 Promotional pricing is valid only for the specified period.

10.2 Misuse of promotions may result in cancellation without refund.

10.3 Discounts do not apply retroactively.

11. PRICE CHANGES

11.1 Govaio reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing

  • Change billing terms

11.2 Price changes apply to renewals and new purchases.

12. FRAUD PREVENTION

12.1 Govaio may:

  • Verify transactions

  • Request identity verification

  • Suspend suspicious orders

12.2 Fraudulent activity results in immediate termination with no refund.

13. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

13.1 Payment confirmation is sent via email.

13.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure valid email address for  delivery.

14. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS

14.1 Payments are processed by third-party gateways.

14.2 Govaio does not store full card details.

14.3 Third-party processor terms also apply.

15. POLICY VIOLATIONS

Violation of this Payment Policy may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Termination

  • Legal action (if applicable)

16. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Govaio may update this Payment Policy at any time.
Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
