“Account” refers to the customer account created to access Govaio services.
“Content” refers to all data, files, text, software, emails, scripts, images, or other materials stored or transmitted through Govaio systems.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 By creating an account, placing an order, or using any Govaio service, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms;
You agree to comply with them;
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2.2 These Terms apply to all services, whether free, trial, paid, promotional, or discounted.
3. ELIGIBILITY

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
4.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

All activity under your account.
4.3 Govaio is not responsible for:
Unauthorized access caused by weak passwords;
Data loss due to compromised credentials;
Customer negligence.

5. SERVICE PROVISIONING & AVAILABILITY
5.1 Services are provided “as-is” and “as available”.
5.2 Govaio does not guarantee uninterrupted service, including but not limited to:
Hardware failure
Software updates
Network issues
Scheduled maintenance
Force majeure events
5.3 Estimated uptime figures are targets, not guarantees, unless a written SLA is explicitly provided.
6. BILLING, PAYMENTS & TAXES
6.1 All services are billed in advance, unless otherwise stated.
6.2 You agree to pay:

Renewal charges
Setup fees (if applicable)
Applicable taxes (GST or otherwise)
6.3 Failure to pay may result in:
Suspension
Termination
Data deletion
6.4 Govaio is not responsible for missed renewals due to:
Incorrect email address
Failed payment gateway
Customer negligence
7. AUTO-RENEWAL
7.1 Most services auto-renew by default.
7.2 You are responsible for disabling auto-renew if you do not wish to continue.
7.3 No refunds are issued for unused renewal periods.
8. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
8.1 Refund eligibility is governed strictly by the Refund Policy published on our website.
8.2 Services NOT eligible for refunds include (but are not limited to):

Domain renewals
Domain transfers
SSL certificates
Setup fees
Add-ons
One-time services
8.3 Abuse, policy violations, or account termination void all refund rights.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
You agree NOT to use Govaio services for:
Illegal activities
Spam or bulk unsolicited email
Malware, phishing, hacking
Cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly allowed)
Adult, pornographic, or obscene content
Copyright infringement or pirated software
Resource abuse affecting other customers
Violation may result in immediate suspension without notice.
10. RESOURCE USAGE & FAIR USAGE
10.1 Shared and reseller hosting are subject to fair usage limits.
10.2 Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or bandwidth usage may result in:
Temporary throttling
Suspension
Upgrade requirement
10.3 Govaio reserves the right to protect server stability.
11. EMAIL & SPAM POLICY
11.1 You may not use Govaio servers for spam or unsolicited emails.
11.2 Blacklisting due to customer actions may result in:
Immediate termination
No refunds
Permanent suspension
12. DATA & BACKUPS
12.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining backups.
12.2 Govaio may provide backup services without guarantee.
12.3 Govaio is not liable for:
Data loss
Accidental deletion
Corruption
Backup failure
13. DOMAIN REGISTRATION & DNS
13.1 Domain services are subject to ICANN and registry rules.
13.2 Domain ownership disputes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
13.3 Domain expiration may lead to:
Suspension
Redemption fees
Permanent loss
14. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
14.1 Govaio may suspend or terminate services without notice for:
Policy violations
Non-payment
Abuse
Legal requirements
14.2 Termination may result in permanent data deletion.
14.3 Govaio is not liable for losses due to termination.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
15.1 All website content, branding, logos, and software are owned by Govaio.
15.2 You may not copy, resell, or misuse Govaio intellectual property.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
16.1 Govaio may integrate third-party services.
16.2 Govaio is not responsible for third-party failures or disputes.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Govaio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months.

19. FORCE MAJEURE
Govaio is not responsible for failures caused by:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Internet outages

20. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand courts.
